Nathan Baker

Northern Ohio

Nathan Baker had used Heads Up® for several years based largely on what he was seeing in the field. But in 2025, he wanted better evidence. So he set up a more structured trial on his Northern Ohio farm — using the same soybean variety, the same base seed treatment, and multiple treated and untreated strips across different parts of the field.

It turned out to be a low white mold year, and Nathan wasn’t expecting much of a difference at harvest. But once he cleaned up the yield data and compared like areas of the field, the Heads Up-treated soybeans consistently came out ahead. Hear why the results gave Nathan more confidence in a treatment he was already using.
